Pitaya (Dragonfruit) Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 Pitaya Smoothie Pack (Pitaya® Raw Organic Smoothie Packs are a recommended option. These are found in the frozen section of most grocery stores.)
- ¼ cup coconut water (may be substituted with almond milk or a 100% fresh fruit juice)
- 1 cup frozen fruit of choice (frozen raspberries, mangoes, and / or pineapples are recommended options)
- 1 frozen banana, chopped
Toppings of Choice
- fresh fruit (e.g. blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, mango, pineapple, kiwi, banana)
- whole almonds
- hemp seeds
- chia seeds
- pumpkin seeds
- coconut flakes
- granola
- drizzle of any nut butter
Instructions
- Blend pitaya smoothie pack, coconut water, frozen banana, & frozen fruits of choice in a blender at a low speed setting until creamy and smooth. Feel free to taste and adjust as desired, where bananas will add sweetness, dairy-free milk will add creaminess, and other frozen fruits (e.g. berries, mangos, pineapples) will alter the flavor profile towards that of the fruit.
- Pour into a bowl and layer with toppings of choice.
