Wash, core, and cut apples into thin ~¼” slices. (Note: If this dish will not be served and enjoyed immediately, apples may be tossed in 1 Tbsp. lemon juice to help prevent browning.)
Lay apple slices in a single layer across a serving plate.
Layer with any toppings of choice (e.g. nuts, chocolate chips, shredded coconut).
Drizzle with any sauces of choice (e.g. nut butter, caramel sauce, chocolate sauce). Drizzling with a plastic squeeze bottle is recommended. Note that nut butters need to be warmed until somewhat runny before drizzling.
